The data recorded and kept by the company CMD constitute the proof of the order and all the past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.
The prices are expressed in euros TTC and exclude transport costs. For a delivery outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay the customs duties, VAT or other taxes due on the occasion of the importation of the products in the country of the place of delivery. The formalities relating thereto are also the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. Article 5: Terms of delivery
