Article 3: Price Determination

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included except participation in the shipping costs. The total price of the order (including shipping) is indicated in the basket. The data recorded and kept by the company CMD constitute the proof of the order and all the past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.

The prices are expressed in euros TTC and exclude transport costs. For a delivery outside the European Union, the customer will have to pay the customs duties, VAT or other taxes due on the occasion of the importation of the products in the country of the place of delivery. The formalities relating thereto are also the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The customer is solely responsible for checking the import possibilities of the products ordered under the law of the territory of the country of delivery. Article 5: Terms of delivery

Delivery is deemed made upon delivery of the product to the carrier. Upon delivery, the customer will have to check the contents, the conformity and the condition of the product (s).

5.1 PLACE OF DELIVERY:

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of where applicable, return costs.
